Healthwatch Doncaster were commissioned by Doncaster Council to understand the experiences of users of Doncaster dementia pathway services and their carers.

Doncaster Council wanted real time feedback from people accessing dementia services in Doncaster, understanding successes but also where improvements can be made. 

This report on our findings has informed the future strategic direction of services and has our recommendations included in the remit for the new services.

In total, 253 people were engaged with for this report. 

We would like to thank everyone who responded to our survey, worked with our team and gave their honest feedback so freely.
