Overall we were very impressed with the outcomes of the visit. There are a few suggestions for minor changes that we feel we could further enhance the experience for residents
Summary of recommendations from March 2019 visit
There was evidence that our recommendation regarding the newsletter had been taken on board and we were told of the intent to implement the second regarding clocks as part of the re-decoration programme. The recommendation regarding contrasting toilet seats had not been adopted and we were not given any indication as to if or when this will happen, other than in the initial response from the home stating that this will form part of the decoration programme.
