Helping you get better (enhanced) access to appointments
Did you know about enhanced access appointments? Have you managed to get an appointment outside of normal hours?
We have launched a survey around the new Enhanced Access Appointments to health services.
From 1st October 2022 there have been new changes to the way services are
delivered. These changes make it easier for the public to access healthcare at a time
that suits them. The service is being offered at locations around the borough of Doncaster and GP practices should have details of this and be able to advise patients.
We would like to hear from people on whether they have accessed these services or not, as all responses will help us build a picture of how the new changes are working. We will be sharing our findings with the commissioners of the service.
